Yrael has the information they'll need for their... field trip, that which Tesla helpfully procured for them about the Cabal. Yrael, Axel and Nikola have been planning this for quite a while, and since the Cabal seem to be stepping up their activity in regards to searching for Nikola, they decided that acting sooner was better than later.

Getting into Tesla's world is as simple as him opening the door and letting Axel and Yrael step through.

There isn't anything to skid against in the Dark Paths, but Yrael manages it, giving a muttered curse as he veers after Axel.

"Jerk," he mutters, though he's grinning as he comes up with Axel again.

"Duh. This way," he adds, veering off in another direction, and sending out a blaze of flames at some Heartless that poke out at him.

Yrael's feet may tread on some of the heartless trying to emerge from the floor as he goes racing after Axel.

"I can't read the paths so quickly as you," he says.

"Well, I've been doing it half my life," Axel points out, shrugging a little. "Here," he says, holding a hand up, to signal the stop. "How d'you wanna do this one."

Yrael slows to a stop at Axel's sign.

"Well, there likely won't be too many people. Property-damage is the main aim here."

He spreads his fingers, calling his chakrams to them.

"So we go in blazing, huh?"

"Hells yes," Yrael says with a bright, too-toothy grin.

"Let's go."

And he opens the way out, diving out in a brilliant orange-and-red blaze.

The portal opens to the very back of the underground facility, farthest away from the concealed facility entrance, where all the security are still a few moments from noticing the movement in a couple of their security cameras.

Yrael blazes bright, sending silver fire into the nearest hulking computers.

Axel laughs, and rains destruction on everything in his path.

It's beautiful.

Yrael picks up one of the burning computers, flinging it down the row and crashing into another with a shower of sparks. Those nearest to him as he passes begin to melt.

The alarms soon go off, bathing everything in circling red light as though the flames were not enough. There are shouts from security guards on their way.

The fire-extinguishing system sputters and creaks, already melted and scorched away, the very air around them so hot as to almost burn the oxygen.

"After you, my dear friend," Axel proposes with a grin and a gallant bow, as they reach a door.

"You are always so generous, Axel," Yrael says with a too-sharp toothy grin as he passes, before leaping upon the first security guard to reach them.

And Axel hurls the pointy end (?aren't they all pointy?) of a chakram into the face of another.

And then makes it explode.

Yrael is spattered with bits of guard from the explosion, but he doesn't mind. He's too busy closing his jaws upon the throat of another guard, until he feels his teeth meet in the middle. The sound of the man's neck snapping as Yrael jerks his head to the side is rather sickening.

Or would be, if there were anyone around who cared.

Yrael may be laughing as he lets the guard drop.

Axel's chakram reforms in his hand from a pinwheel of flame, and he inspects the edge critically, as if he's expecting it to be dulled by the idiocy of its target.

It seems the guards who hadn't rushed straight in have actually noticed all the flames. The next few who come through with their guns are wearing asbestos flame-retardant suits of bright orange.

Yrael just kind of... gazes at them, biting his bottom lip to hold back the laughter welling up inside. They look so... sure of themselves....

"You two, freeze!"

...and their safety.

It starts with a snort.

And then an almost-giggle.

And then Axel. He can't hold back any more.

"BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!"

Pointing.

Wheezing.

CANNOT STOP LAUGHING.

It doesn't help Yrael's control any, and soon he's laughing helplessly as well, unable to stop.

While the guards look on, suddenly less sure than they had been.

"...I said, freeze! Hands where I can see them!"

"Oh-- Haha-- You. *snerk* Mean---" Axel raises his hands up, chakrams laced in his fingers, and then dissolves in another fit of laughter.

Yrael is holding his hands up more as a plea to stop making him laugh so hard. He's vaguely glad he doesn't have to breathe, or else he would've passed out by now.

"And drop your weapons!"

Axel.

Is thumping his hand.

Against the (half-melted) wall.

"This-- Can you believe--? Ahahaha--"

Yrael flops back against the nearest wall, snickering madly.

"Charter help us," he manages, faintly, in his helpless laughter.

"Stop talking!" one of the asbestos-suited guards demands, stepping forward with his men. "You're coming with us!"

"Ha--! As if!" Axel snorts, and thumps the wall again.

"Listen, you-" the leader yells, grabbing Axel's upper arm to pull him away from the wall and maneuver him into handcuffs while his squad covers him.
