Yrael has the information they'll need for their... field trip, that which Tesla helpfully procured for them about the Cabal. Yrael, Axel and Nikola have been planning this for quite a while, and since the Cabal seem to be stepping up their activity in regards to searching for Nikola, they decided that acting sooner was better than later.

Getting into Tesla's world is as simple as him opening the door and letting Axel and Yrael step through.

Yrael grins cheekily, settling back and sipping his own coffee as well.

Mmmmmm, good coffee, dark as sin.

Axel's coffee is half-way done, when a pair of Assassins finally boils up out of the ground.

Axel holds up a finger, and tips his head slightly, taking the report.

"...Nothing. A parking structure," he says after a moment, shaking his head.

"Which?" Yrael says, setting his coffee down and pulling out his laptop. "Istanbul?"

It was closest of the three remaining locations.

Another headtilt, and a nod.

"Yeah."

Yrael makes a short growl-sound under his breath. "That one was supposed to be a facility where they keep some of their back-up records and information, too."

"Great."

Axel gives the Assassins a silent dismissal, and they melt back into the scenery.

[mogget_cat]

Yrael munches another of the snacks with more annoyance than is necessary, then sits back to sip again at his coffee. "We can hope the other two result in better news."

"Yeah."

Axel munches a snack, and ignores the odd looks he's getting, from being a man in head-to-toe black leather, here.

They both are used to ignoring looks from those not used to seeing such unlikely-looking people.

"The last two targets are supposed to be a couple of underground facilities. One's another dedicated to backing up a portion of their records; it looks like they don't store the back-ups of their records and information all in one place - probably to keep people like us from doing what we're doing. The other is purely research and experimental - should be mostly labs."

"The kind of labs that make a good fireball?"

"Should be," Yrael says, moving the laptop so Axel can see.

He really hopes the last few stops of this outing go as smoothly as they had until this one.

Axel shifts a little as well, to get a better view.

"Hmm. Which one first, do you think?"

[mogget_cat]

"Whichever one comes back with a hit, we'll go hit that one. The Assassin who comes in last can catch up with us. No reason to go anywhere, yet, not knowing whether it's worth it or not."

And besides, it's comfortable here.

"Hnnn, yeah," Axel says, leaning back, and stretching out in the sun.

It's about then that another of the Assassins returns, and. Axel sits back up, to take its report. He nods. And nods again, before dismissing it.

"It sounds like this one's legit," Axel says, stretching out once more. "On the island?"

"Easter Island," Yrael nods, draining his coffee. "One of their facilities for records and things. On the other side of the world, so it'll be a bit of a walk."

"Maybe not," Axel shrugs. The dark paths aren't exactly a straight route. "Ready to go?"

"Always," Yrael says, snagging one of the last snacks and stuffing it into his mouth as he stands. "You?"

"Yup." Axel gives him a toothy grin, and pulls open a portal with a dramatic bow in Yrael's direction.

"Race you?" Yrael returns the toothy grin as he passes Axel, and takes off into the darkness.

Axel laughs, and darts after him.

And Yrael's ging the right way for a little while, but then Axel veers off a little.

"You're going the wrong way!"

There isn't anything to skid against in the Dark Paths, but Yrael manages it, giving a muttered curse as he veers after Axel.

"Jerk," he mutters, though he's grinning as he comes up with Axel again.

"Duh. This way," he adds, veering off in another direction, and sending out a blaze of flames at some Heartless that poke out at him.

Yrael's feet may tread on some of the heartless trying to emerge from the floor as he goes racing after Axel.

"I can't read the paths so quickly as you," he says.

"Well, I've been doing it half my life," Axel points out, shrugging a little. "Here," he says, holding a hand up, to signal the stop. "How d'you wanna do this one."

Yrael slows to a stop at Axel's sign.

"Well, there likely won't be too many people. Property-damage is the main aim here."
